By accessing or using the MCP GitLab server ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
MCP GitLab is an open-source proxy server that enables AI assistants to interact with GitLab through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service acts as a stateless bridge between your MCP client and the GitLab API.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. This project is licensed under the MIT License.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Service or the use or other dealings in the Service.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own GitLab account and any actions taken through the Service.
- You must comply with GitLab's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
- You must not use the Service to access data you are not authorized to view or modify.
- You acknowledge that the Service relies on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, GitLab) which may have their own terms and availability limitations.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
